Jesse Harris

Jesse is an extremely driven, focused, and hard-working individual. With more than ten years of construction, property maintenance, and landscaping service experience, Jesse knows the importance of delivering projects on budget and on time, and he has the managerial skills it takes to facilitate all the moving parts of property management.

In addition to an education from Seneca College, Jesse has attained his ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations from IREM and REIC. Jesse continued his education in 2018 by taking condominium management courses (ACMO) and plans to attain his RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation by the end of 2020.

Jesse manages our residential and commercial rental properties. He also oversees our in-house maintenance team, which serves the condominium corporations and rental properties in our portfolio.
