Property Management is an Essential Service

Property Management has been deemed an essential service by the Province of Ontario. Therefore, even during any lockdowns and stay-at-home orders, we will remain open for business and fully operational. We continue to work hard to serve our clients, while strictly adhering to public health guidelines when attending properties, or interacting with owners, tenants, directors, and contractors.

We have taken on many new clients since the beginning of the pandemic, including both condominium corporations and rental properties. If you prefer to go through the hiring and transition process without contact, we have all the digital tools necessary to do so, including videoconferencing and digital signing capability.

Our Office and Staff

Our office is closed to visitors and our staff is available to meet by appointment only. We have invested in resources to enable all staff who can work from home to do so efficiently, with protections in place to keep our clients’ information safe and secure.

Our 260 High Park condominium project qualifies as essential construction activity, so our work on-site continues with all necessary health and safety measures in place.
