Chris Giamou
President
Medallion Capital Co-Founder, Chris Giamou has more than thirty years’ of real estate development experience. Chris is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has an intimate understanding of the financial and legal principles of real estate development. During his career, Chris has played an integral role in delivering more than $2.5 billion dollars’ worth of real estate projects within the GTA, representing approximately 4,000 residential units, and approximately 700,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
Mike Giamou
Vice President
Medallion Capital Co-Founder, Mike Giamou is accredited in both real estate finance and real estate management through the REIC and IREM regulatory agencies. Mike currently holds a CRF (Certified Real Estate Finance), ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations. He is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate and a licensed Mortgage Agent in Ontario, as well as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the USA.
To date, Mike has helped source more than $85.0 million in real estate related loans. He has also supervised many construction projects from start to finish and brings a modern vision to MCG.
Jesse Harris
Property Manager
Jesse is an extremely driven, focused, and hard-working individual. With more than ten years of construction, property maintenance, and landscaping service experience, Jesse knows the importance of delivering projects on budget and on time, and he has the managerial skills it takes to facilitate all the moving parts of property management.

In addition to an education from Seneca College, Jesse has attained his ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations from IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) and REIC (Real Estate Institute of Canada). Jesse will be continuing his education in 2018 by taking condominium management courses (ACMO) and plans to attain his RCM (Registered Condominium Manager) designation by the end of 2019.

At Simplified Rentals, Jesse liaisons directly with the principals, the Resident Administrator, and the accounting department to ensure all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively. He is directly responsible for overseeing all property management functions, and ensures that all the contractors that work with Simplified Rentals deliver the quality of work that embodies the Simplified Rentals name and reputation.
Neda Koljuskov

Neda completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at York University and was previously employed in the capacity of a Real Estate Agent Support Coordinator at Royal LePage.

Neda started with Simplified Rentals as an Administrative Assistant and quickly made her mark. Supporting all members of our team, Neda helped keep everyone organized, creating new and improved processes along the way.

In her current role, Neda is responsible for leasing and resident administration. She also leads our sales efforts with prospective clients in our rental property management division. Neda’s outstanding communication skills and focus on customer service ensures that our clients and residents receive the service and attention they deserve.
Michael Kneeshaw

Michael received his BA in Psychology from the University of Windsor in 2009. Prior to joining the Simplified Rentals team Michael spent the past 8+ years in the merchant banking and junior mining sector with both private and public company experience. Michael has extensive experience in Corporate Communications, Corporate operations and finance. Michael will be responsible for driving the sales operations of the Company during this growth period.
