Chris Giamou
President (CPA)
Medallion Capital Co-Founder, Chris Giamou has more than thirty years' of real estate development experience. Chris is a Chartered Professional Accountant and has an intimate understanding of the financial and legal principles of real estate development. During his career, Chris has played an integral role in delivering more than $2.5 billion dollars’ worth of real estate projects within the GTA, representing approximately 4,000 residential units, and approximately 700,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
Mike Giamou
Vice President CRF, ACoM, ARM (FSCO: M1800572 | NMLS: 1741095)
Medallion Capital Co-Founder, Mike Giamou is accredited in both real estate finance and real estate management through the REIC and IREM regulatory agencies. Mike currently holds a CRF (Certified Real Estate Finance), ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations. He is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) candidate and a licensed Mortgage Agent in Ontario, as well as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the USA. To date, Mike has helped source more than $100.0 million in real estate related loans. He has also supervised many construction projects from start to finish and brings a modern vision to Medallion Capital.
MIRELLA KOVACH
Director – Property Management OLCM
Mirella is a seasoned facilities management professional with over a decade of experience successfully stewarding some of the largest, most-complex, and sought after multi-residential properties in Toronto. Relentlessly dedicated to her clients, Mirella has led teams that have achieved exemplary levels of customer satisfaction and won the 2011 Condo of the Year award from the ACMO for the Quantum 2 condominium. Having received her RCM Designation in 2014, and the CMRAO General License in 2018, she is well versed in the Condominium Act and is a talented administrator who oversees multimillion dollar operating budgets. Mirella's dedication, analytical mind, and her positive relations with stakeholders and vendors have yielded hundreds of thousands of dollars in contract efficiencies for her clients. Mirella has consistently and successfully implemented comprehensive processes to ensure smooth operations while developing strong ties with her high-morale staff through an energizing and respectful approach underpinned by robust emotional intelligence. A distinguished and respected member of Ontario's property management community, Mirella leads our Property Management division, ensuring that we are consistently delivering the highest level of service to our clients.
Jesse Harris
Property Manager (ACoM, ARM)
Jesse is an extremely driven, focused, and hard-working individual. With more than ten years of construction, property maintenance, and landscaping service experience, Jesse knows the importance of delivering projects on budget and on time, and he has the managerial skills it takes to facilitate all the moving parts of property management. In addition to an education from Seneca College, Jesse has attained his ACoM (Accredited Commercial Manager) and ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designations from IREM and REIC. Jesse remains committed to his continued education and has enrolled in the Real Estate Salesperson Program, offered through Humber College. Jesse hopes to earn his license by Spring 2023. With a team of property administrators and bookkeepers to assist him, Jesse manages all of our residential and commercial rental properties. He also oversees our in-house maintenance team, which serves the condominium corporations and rental properties in our portfolio.
Wesley Mallory
Wesley Mallory (OLCM-L)
Wesley is a real estate professional with eight years’ experience in leasing, resident administration, and property management. Wesley works alongside our Senior Property Manager to assist with the management of our portfolio of condominium corporations. Our condominium residents and Board members will benefit greatly from Wesley’s dedication to our clients and his commitment to providing excellent customer service. Wesley is an Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager, with a Limited Licence through the CMRAO and is on track to receive his General Licence by June 2022.
Judd Garcia
Bookkeeper CPA (PH)
Judd graduated with a degree in Accounting in 2015. In the same year, he obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in the Philippines. Prior to working at ConnectCPA & Medallion Capital, he worked as a Finance and Accounting manager at a Philippine logistics company. As our bookkeeper, Judd is responsible for recording the payables, receivables, and other monetary transactions for the properties in our portfolio. He also completes the month-end bank reconciliations to ensure that the balances are correct and complete. Judd’s expertise and attention to detail ensures that our clients’ books are kept up-to-date and remain accurate and organized at all times.
Jennifer Chambers
Property Adminstrator
With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and energy industries, Jennifer has a proven track record of senior-level executive support, management, and training. She has a strong ability to streamline processes, maximize efficiency, and foster professional relationships with both her colleagues and clients. Jennifer recently joined us as Property Administrator for our Commercial and Residential properties where she will support our Property Managers and assist tenants and condo owners with all their day-to-day needs.
Stephanie Crumpley
Condominium Administrator
Stephanie is a detail-oriented professional with comprehensive experience, adept at effectively managing a diversity of challenges. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the City University of N.Y. at Queens College. She brings to the Medallion team an extensive background in corporate environments and supporting c-suite executives.  With the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks, Stephanie provides thorough and skillful administrative support to our Condominium Property Managers and executive team. She approaches all aspects of the job with a positive, conscientious mindset, and is passionate about helping our residents and Directors find solutions.   
Allie Hernandez-Jovanovic
Executive Assistant
Allie is a passionate and seasoned professional with over ten years’ experience in the operations management field. She also holds both a B.S. in History from Truman State University and a MLIS from the University of South Carolina. Allie strives to integrate her experience in administration and project management to help our clients accomplish their goals. Priding herself in her communication skills and attention to detail, Allie ensures that the Medallion Capital runs smoothly internally so we can provide our clients and customers with the best possible experience.
Brit Poff
Condominium Administrator
Brit is a focused and talented professional with over 15 years of working within several industries as an administrative associate. Her background ranges from support for small private business owners to c-suite executives in global corporations across aviation, real estate, finance, research & development, and technical fields. Brit recently joined Medallion Capital Group as a Condominium Administrator. She will be supporting our Condominium Property Managers in the completion of day-to-day administrative tasks as well as providing support to our condominium residents and Directors.
Kathy Tobin
Residential & Commercial Property Administrator
As an accomplished administrative partner with 20+ years of experience in finance, real estate and the mortgage industries, Kathy has a proven track record of delivering top of the line support across a diverse client base. With an extensive background in managing business relations and special projects at a senior level, she takes pride in her strong drive towards organizational goals and her proactive, business-first mindset.
Carmen Puopolo
Sr. Sales Associate and Business Development Consultant
Carmen leads Medallion Capital’s Business Development initiatives and consults the Property Management division. He studied Business Management and Marketing, graduating with a BComm from Ryerson University in 2012. He holds a General License from the CMRAO. Prior to joining Medallion Capital Group, Carmen successfully managed a diverse portfolio of properties including both high-rise buildings and townhouse complexes between 2012 and 2021. His current role with the organization focuses on development and enhancement of client services within the industry as a leading property management service provider. With his strong work ethic, efficiency within operations, attention to detail, and a relentless focus on providing great customer service, Carmen is always pushing our team to go the extra mile for our clients.
