Chris Giamou

Medallion Capital Co-Founder, Chris Giamou has more than thirty years of real estate development experience. Chris is a Chartered Professional Accountant, and has an intimate understanding of the financial and legal principles of real estate development. During his career, Chris has played an integral role in delivering more than $2.5 billion dollars’ worth of real estate projects within the GTA, representing approximately 4,000 residential units, and approximately 700,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
