Our comprehensive condo management services include:

Manage Common Elements

  • Oversee building systems operations and general maintenance and repairs
  • Implement preventative maintenance program
  • Prioritize and schedule capital repairs
  • Contract for services (landscaping, snow removal, security, etc.)
  • Regular property visits (if there is no on-site management office)
  • Procure insurance and supervise claims

  • Register corporations not yet registered
